Salmon in tumeric butter sauce….

This is an easy and delicious salmon dish.  The salmon is sauteed in butter, ground tumeric ( about 2 teaspoons for 2 pieces ), a splash of good white wine ( use a Reisling or a Pino Grigio ) and a squeeze of half a lemon. Cook for only ten minutes. Spoon this tasty sauce over your salmon.  I served it here with roasted beets and carrots and a sweet potato.  My son calls it tasty….but TOO healthy!  Oh well.
