Arugula, spinach, romaine in a balsamic/olive oil dressing. Layer on your beautiful figs. Sprinkle on some sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Tip: I love Williams Sonoma Balsamic Vinegar. I try others, but keep going back to this one. Rich and syrupy.
