This cake is my absolute favourite dessert. I call it my signature dessert. It is expensive to make but is so worth it. The valrona dark chocolate makes it delicious and rich. The hazelnuts and pistachios and apricots add sweet and savory flavours and interesting textures. I love this cake. You can serve with whip cream or ice cream or a puree of berries. However, i think it is best served simple and elegant.
