I am fortunate that cooking – something I’ve loved since I was twelve – has now become the rest of my life’s work. I spent two decades in finance and am now embarking on a new career as a Personal Chef. I completed studies at Liaison Culinary College in Toronto. I have travelled to New Orleans many times because of my love for the city and it’s food. There, I enjoyed day long courses at their Chef School in the French Quarter preparing GUMBO and Jambalaya, and Shrimp….. 20 different ways. Now I want to fill my days with the challenges and delights of making wonderful food for you.
