DAY 2: PENNE WITH ITALIAN SAUGSAGE AND sweet red/yellow PEPPERS

DAY 3: LEMONY/GARLIC SAUTEED SHRIMP WITH mushroom RISSOTO AND SEASONAL FRESH GREENS

DAY 4: JERK CHICKEN….yes, the real Jamaican kind, with fresh MANGO/PINEAPPLE SLAW

DAY 5: SPANISH PAELLA….with Arugula and Fig salad with balsamic/citrus vinaigrette
